Bread Pizza

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Bread Slices
• Cheese (mozzarella – grated) 1 tablespoon
• ½ onion sliced
• 1 cup sliced bell peppers
• 1 small tomato sliced
• ¼ cup corn kernels
• 1 sliced mushroom (optional)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Pizza sauce – 2 regular spoons

STEPS

1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté till translucent.
2. Add bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, corns, salt and black pepper and sauté for three to four minutes.
3. Spread the pizza sauce on each bread slice and place the vegetable mixture over it.
4. Top up with grated cheese (mozzarella) and place the slices on a hot tawa and cook till the cheese melts.
5. Cut into diagonals and serve hot with garnishing oregano and a pinch of black pepper on top.
