Egg Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

• Oil – 2 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• ½ cup chopped onion
• ¼ cup chopped carrot
• ¼ cup chopped beans
• 1 cup-soaked rice
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 3 eggs with 1 yolk
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

STEPS

1. Take a pan and add garlic ginger paste to it, cook it for a minute.

2. Add the chopped vegetables and soy sauce to it.

3. Add the soaked rice and add 1 cup water to it. Allow it to cook.

4. In another pan, cook the egg in scrambled form.

5. Add egg to the pan when the water dries off. Serve it hot!
