Popeye Rice (Naga Galho)

INGREDIENTS

• ½ cup rice
• ½ cup spinach
• 2-3 green chillies
• 1 chopped tomato
• ½ tsp grated ginger
• ¼ tsp grated garlic
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 cup water

STEPS

1. In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Add water along with salt and pressure it up to 2-3 whistles.

3. Once the pressure is released, open the lid and mash the galho with the back of a spoon.

4. Serve!
