Power Protein Oats Wrap

INGREIDENTS
▪️ ½ cup oats (ground into flour)
▪️ 2 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
▪️ 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (optional for added fiber)
▪️ 1 small, boiled potato (for soft texture)
▪️ 1 tbsp olive oil or ghee (for cooking)
▪️ Salt and spices to taste (turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder)
▪️ Water as needed
Filling Options:
▪️ Grilled paneer or tofu (for vegetarians)
▪️ Sautéed mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, spinach)
▪️ Hummus or yogurt dip for spreading
Method:
1. Make the Dough:
▪️ Mix the ground oats, chickpea flour, flaxseeds, and mashed potato in a bowl.
▪️ Add salt and spices as per your taste.
▪️ Slowly add water to knead it into a soft dough.
▪️ Rest for 10 minutes.
2. Roll the Wrap:
▪️ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out using a rolling pin into a thin chapati shape.
3. Cook the Wrap:
▪️ Heat a non-stick pan or tawa. Cook each chapati on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Brush with olive oil or ghee as desired.
4. Prepare the Filling:
▪️ Grill the paneer/tofu and sauté vegetables with minimal oil and seasonings.
▪️ Spread some hummus or yogurt dip over the wrap and layer the grilled filling.
5. Assemble the Wrap:
▪️ Add the grilled vegetables and paneer/tofu into the chapati.
▪️ Roll it tightly and serve immediately.
