Veggie Grilled Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

• ¼ cup grated carrot
• 4 thin cucumber slices
• 3-4 small lettuce leaves
• 4 tomato slices
• 4 onion rings
• 2 tsp green mint and coriander chutney
• 2 bread slices (whole wheat/ multigrain)
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of black pepper
• A pinch of chaat masala

STEPS

1. Take 2 bread slices.
2. Apply the green chutney on both the slices of bread.
3. Place the lettuce leaves, veggies and add salt, pepper and chaat masala.
4. Grill the bread sandwich if you want and enjoy the recipe.
